At the top, you’ll find a customizable title section on a clean white background, perfect for personalizing each month with your own theme, goal, or inspiring quote.

Wheel of Activities

The heart of the tracker is the Wheel of Activities, marked with dates from 1 to 31, so you’re covered no matter the month. Inside the wheel, you can include up to 9 fitness activities you want to track. We use a point system to stay motivated, so the first box is always reserved for total daily points. But this is fully up to you. If you prefer a simpler approach, just color in the boxes or add checkmarks to mark your completed workouts.

If you’re using points like we do, assign them in the box next to each chosen activity and tally your total at the end of each day. It’s a great way to visualize progress and stay accountable.

Bonus Points

Right below the wheel, there’s space for Bonus Points, a fun way to make your tracking even more rewarding. For example, we reward ourselves with 100 bonus points for keeping a 10-day streak of at least 6 points per day.

Points Value

We also love adding a financial reward: for every 10 points, we save $0.20. At the end of each day, we add it up and put it aside. It’s a simple way to build up a little extra motivation and a savings habit.

Ideas & Notes

There’s also a space for Ideas & Notes, where you can jot down your current weight, your target, motivational reminders, workout tips for bad weather, or even a goal like “fit into those favorite jeans again.”

Reward

Finally, don’t forget the Reward section! Write down your prize for completing the month, whether it’s new workout clothes, gear, or simply saving your earned money for something bigger like a home upgrade.
