There are few things that say summer quite like a big bowl of fresh cherries. Sweet, juicy, and refreshing, they’re one of my favorite snacks during the warmer months.
Whenever I have cherries, I like to prepare them before enjoying them. First, I remove all the stems and place the cherries into a large bowl. It only takes a few minutes, but it makes snacking much easier later.
Next, I fill the bowl with cold water and gently wash the cherries. This helps remove any dust or dirt from the fruit before eating.
Once they’re clean, I drain the water, and they’re ready to enjoy. That’s it! No complicated recipe, no special ingredients, just fresh cherries prepared for a healthy and delicious snack.
