Sometimes the most ordinary household restocks are surprisingly satisfying to unpack. This time, my delivery was all about laundry: detergent, clothes disinfectant and scent boosters.
Nothing particularly glamorous, just the products that keep our everyday laundry going. And apparently, I take laundry supplies quite seriously. 😂
What I Ordered
I like having enough laundry products at home so I don’t suddenly discover an empty bottle just when I need to start a load.
This order included:

- Lenor Limited Edition Japanese Blossom In-Wash Scent Boosters, 195 g
Some are products I already use, while others may simply be different versions, scents or sizes I wanted to have on hand.
Why I Like Stocking Up on Laundry Supplies
Laundry is one of those household jobs that never really disappears. There is always another load waiting somewhere. 👕🧦
Because these are products I know we will use, I prefer buying several at once when it makes sense rather than waiting until we’re completely out.
Buying in bulk also meant getting better prices and taking advantage of discounts. Since these are everyday products that won’t go to waste, stocking up while the prices were good made sense for our household and saved some money in the process.
It also means fewer small orders and one less everyday thing to think about for a while.
And, admittedly, there is something satisfying about putting away a fresh supply of detergent and fabric softener and knowing the laundry shelf is fully stocked again. 🧺🫧
A Little Everyday Unboxing
This wasn’t a fancy purchase or a carefully styled haul. It was simply boxes of practical household products arriving at our door, all from eMag.
But those little everyday moments are exactly what My Everyday Projects is about.
Cooking something simple, restocking the house, organizing a corner, opening a delivery or getting one more ordinary job done – they are all tiny projects that make up everyday life.
And this particular project should keep us prepared for quite a few laundry days. 😂
